Day 42 – TRINITY OF GRATITUDE
TRINITY OF GRATITUDE

Just for today:
In the spirit of celebration, let’s use a simple meditation
to clear the mind, synchronize with the galactic
heart, and calibrate our being-ness to resonate with
Love and Gratitude. As you do, remember you are
being joined by multitudes of others, amplifying the
energetic transmissions by creating coherence, first
between the heart and mind, then within our collective
consciousness.
As this happens, a shift takes place, stretching our
previously created reality into a (k)new state of being -
one resonating at the level of Love and Gratitude.
Now here comes the exciting part! We are currently
experiencing a trinity of support for manifesting
intentions.
Consider the present alignment of events:
1) Today is our 42ND Day of World Gratitude
2) We are celebrating under a nearly Full Moon
3) We have just begun a (K)new Year ~Sublime 2009!!
Divine timing, indeed!
Also, as we’ve been gathering for a concentrated
period of time, our collective power is highly focused,
and a “gateway” is Now open to accelerate delivery of
intended manifestations.
So, today we’re celebrating the magic, miracles and
synchronistic events that merge ME to WE, us to Now,
by simply allowing ourselves the time and space to
immerse our consciousness in a flood of Love and
Gratitude.
Why?
This form of conscious creation, as silent prayer
or affirmation, is powerful, effective, and universally
connective!
Now, in order to create a physical world wide wave of
Love and Gratitude, we will be gathering at 11:11 AM
and 11:11 PM for a silent meditation.
Just imagine, as hearts and minds worldwide gather to
give thanks simultaneously, our wave will flow at the speed
of Love, encircling Mother Earth, while synchronizing
our efforts in natural time.
To In-Joy this celebration simply focus on a memory
where you experienced a sincere feeling of Gratitude.
Hold this memory in your heart, allowing the body and
mind to be guided by Love. Now simply breathe in thanks
and release appreciation. Following the breath will release
any distractions, returning you to the center of Gratitude,
the core of NOW … the Heart of YOU.

Perhaps commitments require your presence elsewhere
at 11:11? As so, let go of any attachment to time and simply
visualize the world bathed in a wave of Love and Gratitude
where ever, when ever you feel inspired to do so. Feel this
presence, essence and Light connecting with the heartlight
at the center of you.
Tap into the feeling of Gratitude ~ the Great*Full*ness. Breathe
into your heart, receiving the gift of the Present and releasing
Peace-full appreciation.
Rejoice! You are present and accounted for!
Here is another visualization to center the Self in Love
and Gratitude:
Consider standing/sitting with bare feet. Create a bridge
between your heart and the center of the Sun, giving thanks
for it’s life sustaining presence. Lovingly bridge this light
through you, spiraling down to the heart of the earth. With
Gratitude, remember the One-ness of all that IS. You are
Earth embracing Light. With silent Gratitude, feel the grace,
glory, and Divinity within.
Now feel waves of appreciation returning from the center
of the earth to energize and support you. As these do,
amplify these energetic transmissions of Love and Gratitude with
every beat of your heart, each building on the previous to
flow, go, grow beyond you, intermingling with others, too,
who are gathered to celebrate a worldwide gathering of Love
and Gratitude.
Continue to grow this field, springing from the Well of Love
within you, as a wave of appreciation connecting this moment
to the Heart of all Creation. Feel the One~ness of All that IS.
Bask in the perfection of Life. Remember every person makes
a difference – and that person is YOU!

information that provides a global synchronizing signal for
the entire body. Specifically, we suggest that as pulsing

AFFINITY THROUGH GRATITUDE

Greetings Beloveds,
For the next cycle, we will be moving through the global
aspects of Gratitude – those that have direct effect on
the whole, while being Universally personal. We are also
gearing up for our Day 42 celebration – on
October 29th.
Wow! Are we here and nearly there already?
yes! Yes! YES!
You see – our gathering has been daily connecting
with the power, promise, essence and message of
Gratitude while re-creating patterns within the Self.
Re-creating these patterns allows our collective
consciousness to tap into a growing flow of Love and
Gratitude aiding quick shifts into empowering
paradigms that serve NOW with grace and ease.
We’ve also extended our Gratitudinal connections beyond
the Self to our community – enlarging our affinity range.
What is an affinity range?
Mirriam-Webster defines Affinity as this:
A relation between biological groups involving
resemblance in structural plan and indicating a common
origin.
So our affinity range is the depth, distance, and degree
of connection to the Divine plan and our common origins.
As we recognize the resemblance between ourselves, and
the world around us, our Gratitude begins to accelerate as
Intelligent change-in-motion … extending our affinity for
all creation, opening opportunities for recognition of
commonalities, releasing the illusion of separation
while creating mass identification as One Source,
One Love, One You and One Me, too …
all gathered in the name of Gratitude.
A common origin, indeed.

World of Love and Gratitude.

SYNTROPIC GRATITUDE

Greetings Beloved One-ness,
Today marks our evolution beyond personal to communal
Gratitude. Congratulations! and Thank you for your
presence on this amazing journey!
For the past 12 days our primary focus has been on Self,
creating a greater connection to what IS, allowing
our Love to BE and granting Gratitude the power
to lead in a universal, yet personal way.
As we develop a strong sense of Self Gratitude, this Source
Force energy will, by nature of Syntropy, call order to chaos,
re-creating our present-day civilizations into a harmonious
gathering of Love as Light.
What is Syntropy? This word, coined by Luigi Fantappié in
1942, is defined as such: “A tendency towards order and
symmetrical combinations, designs of ever more
advantageous and orderly patterns. Evolutionary
cooperation.”
This exactly what we are witnessing Now – our collective
consciousness waking to our innate co-creative abilities – in
a magnificent mandalic precession of manifested miracles.
Wow!
From an energetic standpoint, just imagine what our
growing field of Gratitude looks like, as each one of us
stands as a point of Light, a being of Love, as waking
Gratitude?

Consider this – You are the “see’d” at the heart of Gratitude,
the community is the spiral expanding, exploring and
expressing Love as Life. As each of us moves through this
geometric spin, it creates fractals, waves of creation – a
(k)new world evolving through syntropy in order to Divinely
BE. What a sight to see!

Welcome Beloved!
For our 42 Day World Gratitude gathering (and beyond!),
let’s use the following practice to connect with our world
wide family of Gratitude:
Focus on Gratitude just before drifting to sleep,
and immediately upon awakening. Beyond words,
allow this source force energy-in-motion (emotion) to
flood each cell in your body, feeling wave after wave
of Gratitude immersing you in an energetic elixir of
timeless NOW.
Let go, release, and breathe deeply.
Ahhhhhhh …….
As you drift in and out …
Giving and receiving …
Pure Gratitude for NOW.
Forget wondering how long is long enough
~ for Gratitude IS.

As our gathering is World wide, this practice will create a
daily wave of Gratitude rolling through hearts and minds
alike. Beyond a static time, flowing with our natural
rhythms, a unified connection through Gratitude will open
and close each day.
Here – we meet as One, in Love – with Gratitude.
Plus! This practice will flood our bodies with serotonin
and dopamine, assisting our ability to sustain a state of
peace, relaxation and present moment awareness. This
discipline may be the simplest, easiest most
effective means of co-creating change through
Gratitude.
Why?
Moving from sleep to waking, waking to sleep, is a state
change … a phase transition.
Using Gratitude One by One, to move through a state
change, we will charge our collective consciousness with
this energetic pattern – effecting a global shift as we
vacillate between here and NOW.
