World Gratitude Day is every day..

well, yesterday was World Gratitude day officially, since I missed posting about that, I reminded myself that there are no limits to expressing gratitude in one’s life!
This is great & getting in touch again with Pamela was also a good thing. She encourages me to be my best & is always supportive of my goals. I told her I was doing the World Gratitude Practice and that I had already seen results (i.e., I’m back in school, I’ve had my first art show, I’m feeling more vibrant & healthy for the most part, in short, I’m making progress) and she encouraged me to post the daily practice on bohemianwomen.org. We’re both hoping for a continual uplift, fulfillment of our hopes and dreams and to be joyful in our lives from coast to coast.
The World Gratitude practice originated by Stacy Herbert some time ago & is an ongoing practice usually beginning around the new moon every quarter for 42 days, which is the time it takes to integrate a new idea & habits into one’s brain synapses.. I find it uplifting and supportive of moving on from issues and for new energy and ideas for my art projects.
I’m a little late, but I will be catching up (we’re 5 days in so far) & posting the gratitude practice in the hope of spreading the idea of what you express you create to everyone and sundry so that our human world can evolve into the divine..
I hope everyone puts to work the wonderful divine life enhancing energy from practicing gratitude.
